In addition to being innovative, the team is committed, has a strong work ethic and the financial management experience of running major congresses that result in a profitable bottom-line for our clients. Financial transparency is of paramount importance.

A senior manager of EOA is personally involved throughout the duration of the contract – in all pre-planning meetings, telephone conference calls and regular monthly and bi-monthly report-backs to the client.

Project management includes forward planning, keeping to a timeline schedule, and keeping minutes and detailed records of all required actions.  Clients can expect fast response times, with the scope of work and attention to detail required being managed through weekly meetings, monthly timelines and adherence to scheduled deadlines.

We have an extensive venue and supplier network and negotiate with venues and hotels in order to secure the best possible rates for delegates. Optimal transparent deals are also negotiated with suppliers, with details of all savings being shown on the budget and final trial balance.

We have worked closely with top Audio Visual  companies in the country for the past 10 years and built up strong relationships of trust and co-operation. Technical/AV management is put in place for each event, with a dedicated technical project manager being involved with the planning of the event from the initial brief until event completion.

State-of-the-art technology is used in order to maximise the delivery and quality of every aspect of EOA conferences. However, delegates are given the option of communicating and receiving information via both conventional and electronic means. The conference programme and other materials are made available both in print and electronically for download onto smartphones, notebooks, or laptop computers.

During Q & A sessions, delegates are invited to post instant messages to the chairperson directly from their smartphones, with these anonymous contributions feeding the debate on stage.

EOA understands how accreditation works in the medical industry and we provide delegates with the information they require on CPD points – before, during and after the congress.

Social programmes and entertainment suitable for the target audience are provided, with many becoming memorable events.

Once an event has finished, EOA has the tools to prepare an analytical and financial report of registrations and partnerships. It can also provide clients with precise statistics giving them a clear analysis of the event, including participant satisfaction data and feedback.
